Powakaddy Freeway 2: Play The Game But Ease the Strain
Golfers who love the game and not the strain have something new for 2009. The Powakaddy Freeway 2 is the newest in the line of electric powered trolleys. The great design includes a lightweight Lithium battery of about 11.5 kg, silent motor, 57.5 cm wheelbase, folded 39.5 cm height, 82 cm width, an ergonomic hand grip and a control panel with a display to keep you informed of speed, distance travelled (with reset), clock and battery indicator.
Traveling light is the usual preference of any golfer. With the three way folded ease of the Powakaddy Freeway 2 there is just a minimal load to the boot of the car. This leaves plenty of room for clubs and other accessories. Designed for ease of use and sleek style there is nothing to compare to this streamlined device. The front wheel has a key lock housing with on course adjustment and a no worries cushioned bag stay keeps that bag in place with less twist.
Accessories include: a comfortable padded seat to fit on left or right, wide wheels - in black or white - to handle those hills, umbrella holder which can be used with or without the scorecard holder which fits on left or right, scorecard holder has a cover to protect from elements and GPS holder for the techno loving golfer, the 75 % lighter lithium battery and charger - a must to keep that trolley trotting and there are even more accessories. If you want you can opt for a lead acid battery for 18 or 36 holes which will keep the overall price lower. With the lead acid battery for the Powakaddy Freeway 2 the 18 hole weight is 19 kg and the 36 hole weight is 21 kg. At the choice of the consumer there is an 2 year free warranty offered for the first 30 days after purchase.
