Above all they should always dress up neatly. Good listening skills, technical knowledge, excellent communication, basic knowledge of computer are the most important things an adviser must possess.
Requirements for becoming an automotive service trainer are just basic high school education. Sometimes they don't even need this but it is mandatory to have a driving license. They are trained initially with basic fixes and also on cost estimation and computation.

the folks at Techdirt have done over the last year and a half.
As loyal readers know, Techdirt was sounding alarm bells about PIPA, SOPA and
even their predecessor bill, COICA, long before they became household words.
Techdirt's regular and thoughtful posts throughout the PIPA/SOPA debate kept
attention on the problems with these bills, while providing relatable
explanations for even the most technical concerns.
